QUALITY OVER QUANTITY

"Quality over quantity" is something we should apply in every aspect of our daily living. From studying to doing homework, and even exercising to eating, this tip is simply stating that we expect your very best in everything that you do. Quantity can be your worst enemy if you are practicing something incorrectly. You will never reap the benefits of doing it right and you are increasing your chances of experiencing injuries because of it. It is not about how many times you can do it. It is about how consistent you are doing it correctly. Our goal is to see each student-athlete become fundamentally sound through the techniques that our staff teaches every week—QUALITY NOT QUANTITY!
